2. Services Scope
designsignalhouse provides professional web design, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The scope of each project is defined in the individual project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in project proposals. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, content delivery) may extend the project timeline. designsignalhouse is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. designsignalhouse retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source files and working documents remain the property of designsignalhouse unless explicitly transferred.
6. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at €80 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable submission.
7. Limitation of Liability
designsignalhouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

1. Overview
At designsignalhouse, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by designsignalhouse, located at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 590, 08007 Barcelona, Spain.
2. Deposit Refund
The initial 50% deposit is refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun on a project, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers initial planning, research, and design setup costs.
3. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. A detailed invoice of completed work will be provided. Any work delivered prior to cancellation remains the property of the client upon payment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and approved deliverables; third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., stock images, fonts, hosting fees); rush fees or expedited service charges; and consultation fees for sessions already conducted.
5. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns through our revision process (up to two rounds included). If after revisions you remain unsatisfied, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on the work completed.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
